we usually just have one source of footage on the site at one time. after our next screening event we will upload the next lot of footage.

do you have any ideas?

Cool. I was thinking it would be fun to have an urban setting. Perhaps something with a female and male actors. I'm envisioning NYC, but any city could work.

When do you plan on putting up the next set of raw footage?

A repository of open source/creative commons raw footage could be really interesting. It sounds like something I might enjoy doing.

I love Stray Cinema, it's been truly inspiration for me personally.

yes agree, the next lot of footage will be completely different, and we have a likely contender for an urban setting, so good to get this feedback now. we will release the next footage at the next screening event (to be announced over the next few days now we have 30 films).

open source repository is a great idea. there are many places you can source footage, even Al Jazeera release alot of footage under a CC licence.

Thanks for the tip on al jazeera, it would be cool to have a searchable database of cc video. I should be able to plug this into my data hording application I'm using to index massive amounts of news data. I'll post something in the forum here when I have a Web interface for it.
