you never know who is going to see your video if you place it on youtube...not in this case. youtube has teamed up with real world celebrities. if you place a rap/ hip-hop vid on the site before the 17th of august, then 50 Cent, Common and Polow da Don will watch it. they may even vote you the winner of their "OntheRise Rap Edition" competition. ok, ive decided that the theme for my blogs this week is music videos. why? because i keep stumbling upon so many good/ entertaining ones that i want to share...and lets not forget that musicians make up a very important part of our community. without them our film submissions would be silent.
back to this video. think future shock, white clothing, think of people at a gig convulsing, holding sheets of paper with lyrics and having a sing along around a pile of music making machinery. i want to be there.

Web 3.0 and a random music video

I just found this video on evolvingtrends.com where i was reading about web 3.0 and the semantic web. If this interests you then have a read here (until it seems as though you are reading a foreign language, and you cease to understand what you are reading...bear with it for at least a few paragraphs though as its rather interesting and it involves the future of our web), and if not then watch this music video, its funny - random funny, and very good.
